Several days ago, Mayor Yael German's lawyers demanded from Zalul to stop all the publicity about the pollution in Herzliya, or that they will sue the organization again. Germen also called upon the leading local and national newspapers and tried to persuade them to stop writing articles about the pollution in Herzliya as well as spread rumors about Zalul's actions.

Zalul expects that the mayor of Herzliya, who was recently forced by the Permits Committee to upgrade the local sewage treatment facility and received a slap in the face from the last court decision in the lawsuit filed against Zalul, will begin to serve the public and stop spending the residents' money on pointless lawsuits to protect her honor and ego.
Zalul believes that the public would rather the money be spent on cleaning up the pollution of the sea and other water sources, rather than be spent on lawsuits against non-profit organizations that serve the public.
